This course will discuss the often-misunderstood issues of exempt/nonexempt, independent contractors, overtime calculations for multiple pay rates or piece rates, payment at termination, proper deductions from pay, and much more. Business owners, bookkeepers, and others involved in paying employees are encouraged to attend.
